In situations like this most people would say nothing or have a go at you and say tuff shit. I think of myself as a good mate of yours Jamesy but if you dont listen to advice from people who do actually care then your situation can only get worse imo. You can play cash and play it quite well BUT for fks sake play within your budget and play within your bankroll. You have got into this situation by doing the opposite of the previous advice that others have given you and continue to ignore alot of very basic rules. The chase for the quick buck is also blinding you and if you continue chasing then you will only get youself into serious financial difficulties.
P.S. Does this mean your £50 pledge for the GUKPT entry is off?

But i regained my confidence the last ocuple of days because i saw a lot of new things how to bet certain situations etc. I lost my whole bank account and more, but im getting it all back by playing smart.

Goodluck to you.

Here's some advice you can do with what you will.

Take a Break, don't play for a period of time. Don't watch it, or think about it.

If you decide to play again then I'd suggest to consolidate your skills and re-gain confidence you decide to make one deposit and one deposit only .

The criteria for this deposit with a view to bankroll management is approx 1000/2000 big blinds, this will determine which level you play at.

If you intend to play on Betfair, buy PokerTracker and import all of your hand histories into the same.

Review your play, especially the bad plays ( regardless of the pain factor ). Determine your positional play and optimum table size ( including where full tables become shorthanded )

The ultimate management is to only ever buy-in on a table with 5% of your bankroll and leave the table if your stack gets to 10% of roll.

The, 1000 vs 2000 bb is up for debate as is the 5%/10% but what it does mean is if your roll decreases sufficiently ( polite version of 'if you lose enough' ) a buy in costs more than 5% you MUST move down limits and build it up again.

With that in mind, it may also be worth considering whether to quit for the day if you lose perhaps 10-15%

I think this advice is so good I may even employ it myself :-)

I feel for you bro, but take it from someone who knows. Put the brakes on before it's too late and go back to enjoying the game.

Keep it Real

Some good stuff there and advice "Real"
I only hope that James (aka TD on betfair)reads it, digests it and then puts it into practice. I always say theres always good comes from bad. I truely hope that this is the kick up the wots it and shock he needs and that he will return a stronger and better player due to his experiences.
